The ideal candidate will already have experience in building multi-tenant CPaaS and CCaaS solutions with at least 3-5 years experience. Full training will be given.

Some of the main tasks to be involved in:

· Develop, optomize and maintain Vue 3 Nuxt 3 front end applications for multi -tenant portals (Admin,tenant,agent, partner).

· Integrate REST ,GraphQL and Websocket API's with a strong understanding of authentication flows (JWT/OAuth)

· Collaborate with backend engineersto define ,refine and document API contracts and data models

· Implement WebRTC /SIP stack integrations for call control, presence and real-time dashboards.

· Ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs following the OPTO design system (Ant Design Vue+ Tailwind CSS)

· Maintain component and unittests using Vitest / Jest for reliable deployments

· Implement efficient state management using Pinia /Vuex and reusable composition API patterns

· Identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements for low-latency and real-time performance

· Ensure cross-brower compatibility , accessibility (WCAG), and frontend security best practices

-Participate in agile sprints, codereviews and CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/ GitHub actions

-Maintain up-to-date fronted documentation for modules, API integrationsand reusable components

-Stay current with emerging frontended technologies and frameworks to continually improve our stack

Requirements

-3-5 years of experience with Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 /Javascript (ES6+) in a production environment

-Strong grasp of Composition API, Pinia /Vuex and Vue router

-Proficient in HTMLS, CSS3 and modern build tools (Vite/ Webpack)

-Experience integrating REST,GraphQL, WebSocket APIs and handling real-time data updates

-Solid understanding of responsive design, frontend performance optomization and secure session handling

-Experience working in Git-based workflows and continous integration environments

Nice to have

-Experience with TypeScript, React or real-time communication apps (WebRTC,SIP)

-Familarity with CPaaS/CCaaS/UCaaS or Microsoft Teams integrations (Operator Connect / Direct Routing)

-Understanding of Azure, Docker and Node-RED / n8n workflow builders

-Experience in building AI-powered UIs (chatbots, assistants, analytics and dashboards)

-Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS archtecture, RBAC and data isolation models

- The successful candidate will work remotely. There will be the occasional need for the post-holder to work unsociable hours for short periods
