- Provide Level 2 support for Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure across Cisco Meraki and Catalyst environments. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of switches, access points, and controllers. Monitor network health and performance using Zoho ManageEngine tools. Document incident resolutions, network changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with L3 engineers and other IT teams for issue resolution and service improvements. Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
- Maintain asset and configuration records in ManageEngine.
