About Position:
We are seeking an AI Data Scientist to support the development and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI solutions in the healthcare and clinical research domain. This role will focus on optimizing clinical trial operations, automating documentation, and enhancing digital healthcare applications using cutting-edge AI technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement AI/ML/GenAI solutions for clinical trial optimization (e.g., patient recruitment, retention, real-time monitoring).
- Build GenAI applications for automated documentation (e.g., medical reports, study protocols, patient narratives).
- Design predictive models using diverse healthcare data sources (e.g., EHRs, wearables, patient-reported outcomes).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into digital healthcare tools and RWE platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards.
- Conduct NLP and GenAI experiments for medical text analysis and research interpretation.
- Stay updated with GenAI advancements and apply emerging techniques to healthcare use cases.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience, with 1+ years in healthcare or clinical research AI/ML applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GenAI tools (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
- Familiarity with LLM architecture and NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of digital healthcare tools and clinical data standards.
