About the Bettermile Route Tribe:

We revolutionize last-mile delivery for drivers worldwide with our smart route optimization. Our real-time, dynamic sequencing handles hundreds of stops, empowering thousands of drivers through the mobile app.

Our mission: enhance the daily experience of last-mile drivers, prioritizing their satisfaction and enabling real-time tracking. The Better Route app enables efficient and sustainable routes, letting drivers plan their day seamlessly. Each day brings new challenges, bring your skills and passion, and join us in transforming the delivery landscape!

You will be taking care of:

• Building and enhancing iOS application features using Swift and SwiftUI, with an emphasis on creating smooth, user-friendly experiences from the ground up.
• Driving fast, iterative development cycles with an MVP mindset, focusing on delivering value quickly and refining based on user feedback.
• Collaborating with design and product teams to turn ideas into functional, visually appealing UI elements within a well-defined design system.
• Writing and maintaining unit tests with XCTest to keep the code robust, reliable, and of high quality.
• Navigating a dynamic, agile environment with a hands-on approach, embracing evolving requirements, and tackling complex integration challenges.

You check these boxes:

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development, with strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
• A solid grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with BDD testing and XCTest to maintain high code quality and reliability.
• Familiarity with async programming (e.g., Compose, ReactiveCocoa, or RxSwift) and UIKit.
• A curious, adaptable, and customer-centric mindset with the passion to explore new solutions and tackle challenges head-on.

It is awesome if you also have:

• Expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
