As our client base grows, we’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and support real projects that make a difference. About the RoleThis entry-level role (initially casual - 5–10 hrs per week) is perfect for someone studying HR (Cert IV, Diploma, or Degree) or in the early stages of their career who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of HR and people projects. You’ll work closely with our Director and HR team, supporting tasks across compliance, recruitment, client projects, and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers variety, flexibility, and a chance to learn directly from leading experts in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities As an entry level role, we know you may not have done all of the below before, so the key to the role will be a willingness, to learn, an eye for detail and the ablity to show initiative, ask questions and learn.

HR & Admin SupportDraft HR documents, templates, and correspondence from existing frameworksMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and formsPrepare contracts and assist with client documentationSupport HR health checks and award lookups (training provided) Recruitment & OnboardingDraft job ads and assist with candidate screening and interview schedulingCommunicate with candidates and clients with warmth and professionalismSupport onboarding checklists and documentation Project & Training SupportAssist with HR and WHS projects, training coordination, and reportingTrack client actions using ClickUp and our CRMContribute ideas to improve systems and client experience Skills and ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you’ll bring: ✔️ A genuine interest in HR, people, and culture ✔️ Strong organisation and attention to detail ✔️ Confidence using computer systems (Google Workspace, Canva, or similar) ✔️ Great written and verbal communication skills ✔️ Initiative - you like asking questions, solving problems and finding better ways to do things ✔️ A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn Company CultureWe believe HR should be practical, proactive, and people-first.
