PRODUCT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative digital products. This role focuses on maximizing user value while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in Agile environments, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and brings a strong user-centric approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision to deliver value to end users.
• Manage product backlogs, writing clear acceptance criteria and prioritizing features effectively.
• Communicate product goals and strategies clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Agile/DevSecOps teams to ensure incremental, high-quality delivery.
• Lead planning meetings to ensure user stories are accurately estimated and prioritized.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting both short-term objectives and long-term strategies.
• Translate user needs into measurable business value, balancing priorities between user requirements and organizational goals.
• Execute product information campaigns through modern communication channels such as social media, blogs, and community forums.
• Facilitate productive meetings including standups, retrospectives, demos, and reviews.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in product management and apply learnings to ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure technical fluency when collaborating with development teams, covering architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and delivery pipelines.
  
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and managing digital products or systems, preferably within high-security or defense-related organizations.
• Expertise in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of customers, technology, and market competition, with the ability to execute product strategy.
• Experience working in high-performing Agile/DevSecOps teams and participating in standups, retrospectives, design reviews, and demos.
• Proficiency in executing product communication campaigns via modern channels (Twitter, blogs, forums).
• Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into business value and maintain a user-centric backlog.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for Product Managers and commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive effective meetings and outcomes.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate with development teams on APIs, architectures, CI/CD, and cloud-native principles.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or equivalent certification.
• University degree in ICT, Business, or a related discipline.
