About the role
Bluecrux is growing, and so is our Marketing team! We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support and expand our creative capacity within the brand marketing team.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with different stakeholders to bring the Bluecrux brand to life. You’re not only a designer, but a good communicator who can translate ideas into amazing designs and work seamlessly with different stakeholders and teammates to meet goals and deadlines together.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media & communication: Create visuals, banners, carousels, and adapt content for LinkedIn and newsletters.
- Print & events: Design posters, roll-ups, goodies, recruitment materials, and event signage.
- Presentations: Adapt and format PowerPoint templates and ensure visual consistency.
- Motion & video: Support with simple animations, outros, and video adaptations.
- Brand assets: Maintain and update logos, email signatures, and internal templates.
- Support tasks: Manage recurring design requests and adapt existing visuals. Ensure consistency and alignment with the Bluecrux brand identity.
About You
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- You have your first work or internship experience in graphic design.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); After Effects would be considered a plus.
- You have basic knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and is comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- You have a strong eye for detail and structure and can work within brand guidelines.
- Experience with Cavalry, TouchDesigner, Cinema 4D, or Blender would be considered a big plus.
- Interest in motion design, photography or videography is an advantage.
- You have a driver’s license or will obtain one in the next 6 months.
