About Our Team

You’ll join a collaborative team responsible for maintaining and evolving enterprise platforms that support day-to-day business operations on existing services as well as working in close cooperation with projects and strategic initiatives. We partner with infrastructure, security, service desk, and product teams to ensure systems are stable, compliant, and easy to use. The focus is on driving service quality, operational efficiency, and positive user experiences on collaboration and real-time communication. The team is service provider for collaboration and communication services on Microsoft Teams, Customer Online Meetings, Compliance Recording, Connectivity with Telco operators and Video rooms. Making sure our services are compliant and follow set standards we cover security & risk, service roadmaps, service resiliency and operations.

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Service Operations & Reliability: Manage services throughout their lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, updates, and support with a focus on performance, availability, and user impact.
  • Platform Deployment & Change Management: Coordinate and execute rollouts of new features and platform updates. Ensure deployments are smooth, secure, and minimally disruptive.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Spearhead incident resolution and root cause analysis, driving continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
  • Security & Compliance Operations: Help ensure operational practices and services align with relevant compliance, audit, and security standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Keep operational documentation up to date and clear. Provide knowledge transfer to support and operational teams as needed.

  • Monitoring service health and optimizing operational performance.
  • Supporting secure and smooth introduction of new capabilities and updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align operations with business needs.
  • Automating to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Helping ensure services are intuitive and reliable for end users.
  • Delivering clear documentation and support resources for ongoing operations.

Who You Are

Your background and skills include:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for platform stability and usability.
  • Seek to automate and streamline operational tasks.
  • Understand how compliance and security shape operational workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize service reliability and a seamless user experience.

It would be ideal if you also:

  • 5+ years in IT operations, DevOps, platform engineering, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure or equivalent).
  • Knowledge with products like Microsoft 365, Azure, AudioCodes, Pexip, Verint and Intelligent Voice would be beneficial
  • Proficiency with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms.
  • Understanding of operational security and compliance best practices.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
