Customer Project Management (CPM) ensures customer projects or programs are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Contains projects throughout all phases, starting from delivery approach identification to completion of deployment. Comprises management of customer and all stakeholder relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members. Contains project risk management and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Manages financial and Project Performance
- Customer Contract Execution according to contract T&C.
- Change Management.
- Risk Management.
- Responsible for Project Closure and handover.
- Customer Delivery Manager direct report.
- We would welcome your application if you have all of the above and can accompany this with excellent communications skills, strategic and Planning abilities a strong sense of initiative, and a track record for building great customer relationships.
- Telecommunications, Electric Engineering or Business Administration with the whole related experience in a similar position.
- At Least 5 years experience as Project Manager.
- Expertise in Optical technologies
- Fluent English and Spanish desired.
- Communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in financial control, change management, risk Management.
