Senior Web Developer (Remote from Europe)

As a Senior Web Developer, you will contribute to building an innovative Web3 wallet interface designed for accessibility, performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams to create an intuitive, user-centric experience, integrating smart contracts and decentralized protocols seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity to influence product development at every stage, from UI design to frontend architecture, while working in a flexible, remote-first environment. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain core web application features with a focus on smart contract interactions and decentralized protocol integration
• Collaborate with designers using Figma to implement reusable, mobile-optimized UI components with TypeScript, SvelteKit, and Tailwind CSS
• Conduct thorough code reviews and refactor code to ensure maintainability, scalability, and high performance
• Participate in product design discussions, identifying potential challenges and driving continuous user experience improvements
• Optimize frontend performance and debug complex issues to deliver a seamless user experience
• Support cross-functional teams by providing technical guidance and contributing to product development decisions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Web3 technologies, EVM-based chains, and smart contract integration
• Advanced skills in frontend development with TypeScript, SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, and modern web frameworks
• Strong UI/UX focus with the ability to design responsive, user-friendly web applications
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA
• Performance-oriented with experience in debugging, optimizing frontend code, and enhancing application responsiveness
• Excellent communication skills in English, suitable for a remote and international team environment
