About Your New Job

We are seeking a Senior Data Systems and Analytics Specialist to be both strategic and hands-on, leading key data workflows, managing cloud-based pipelines, and supporting automation, governance, and analytics across operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain the systems supporting the data lifecycle, and drive improvements in data quality, automation, and analytics delivery.

What Skills You Need

• 8+ years’ experience in a senior technical, analytics engineering, or data platform role
• Strong coding ability in Python, SQL, PowerShell, and Power Query
• Advanced Power BI skills, including complex DAX measures and real-time dashboards
• Proven experience with AWS (S3) and Azure (SQL, Data Factory or Logic Apps)
• Expertise in building and maintaining automated workflows for structured and unstructured data
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality control, and operational reporting
• Ability to manage cross-team coordination and act as an escalation point for mission-critical data operations
• Experience with marine data, sensor logs, geospatial, or time-series analysis is an advantage

Desirable

• Exposure to machine learning pipelines and model integration
• Background in marine, energy, or offshore survey environments
• Experience with SharePoint-integrated workflows
