Job Description

Principal Technical SpecialistLeads feature design by analyzing requirements, guiding teams, and aligning with product strategy. Understands domain and network operations, mitigates software hot-spots, and applies AI techniques to enhance operator application usage.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead and guide the team through complex technical discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Leverage deep expertise in Java, Python/Shell, and frameworks like Spring and Kafka to build robust, scalable systems.
  • AI/ML Innovation: Apply AI/ML libraries and techniques to drive innovation in telecom network management and real-time enterprise applications.
  • Analyze and break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Own long lead items and define strategic architecture roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with other architects and developers to design seamless interfaces and end-to-end workflows.
  • Utilize strong knowledge in statistical analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML for intelligent system design.
  • Confidently communicate and present technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8–15 years in designing scalable, reliable systems.
  • Strong Programming Skills in Java and Python/Shell, with exposure to Golang and frameworks like Spring, Guice, Micronaut; familiar with key data science libraries.
  • Data Engineering Expertise including real-time platforms (Kafka, Spark) and deep knowledge of both SQL (Postgres, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Elastic, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Domain & AI/ML Proficiency in telecom systems (NME/EMS) or enterprise apps; skilled in data modeling, analytics, and modern AI/ML methods, including LLMs.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Enterprise & Domain Expertise: Proven experience in OLTP and real-time enterprise systems, with deep knowledge of telecom NMS/EMS, Network Operational Lifecycle, and Network Planning.
  • Versatile & Driven Developer: Hands-on contributor across both large and small-scale projects; skilled in domain modeling, driven to learn, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong Communicator & Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to guide teams, communicate effectively, and support viewpoints with data-driven insights.
