The role
You’ll deliver hands-on end-user support (helpdesk) with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. That includes Windows endpoint troubleshooting, identity and access in Azure AD (Entra ID), M365 permissions, and practical SharePoint configuration for our clients.
Work setup
This is an office-based role.
Location: Vilnius or Kaunas.
Client visits: On-site at client offices as needed.
What you’ll do
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals (on-site and remote).
- Create, modify, and disable users/groups; manage access and security in Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Administer Microsoft 365 licensing and permissions (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions for client teams.
- Handle join/leave processes (accounts, devices, access), basic device hardening, and updates.
- Document fixes, changes, and standard procedures in the ticketing system/knowledge base.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when needed; own resolution and communication.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in IT support/helpdesk or field services.
- Solid Windows support skills (install, troubleshoot, drivers, updates, profiles).
- Practical experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) user/group management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin (licensing, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive).
- Basic SharePoint site administration (sites, permissions, structure).
- Clear communication with users; attention to detail; ability to prioritize.
- Languages: Lithuanian – required, English – B1.
- Valid category B driving license.
Nice to have: Intune fundamentals, basic PowerShell for routine tasks, security basics (MFA, Conditional Access), and experience with standard ticketing tools.
