FINANCIAL ANALYST – VEESLA ENERGY

Veesla Group is a rapidly growing renewable energy platform (founded in 2019, ~200 employees, €50M+ annual revenue), operating across five business units: Veesla, Veesla Energy, Baltsolar, Veesla Heating, and Nordisk Energi. The group provides solar, BESS (battery energy storage systems), EV charging, and HVAC solutions – covering wholesale distribution, project design, installation, and long-term service.


The Role

Join Veesla Energy (our B2B EPC business unit) as a Financial Analyst. You will support the planning and execution of mid-sized contracting projects (solar, BESS, EV charging) and play an important role in group-level capital raising (debt and equity) and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project P&L models for small and mid-sized B2B EPC projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking, contract profitability, and monthly reporting.
  • Assist in preparing capital raising materials for investors and banks, manage data rooms, and participate in Q&A.
  • Support procurement strategy preparation at the group level.
  • Contribute to debt and equity fundraising processes: analytics, benchmarks, sensitivity analyses, documentation.
  • Support the group CFO with budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis across business lines, business development strategies and fundraising.
  • Prepare management and investor presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate finance, consulting, audit, investment banking, or finance in an operating company (experience in the energy/infrastructure sector is a plus).
  • Candidates without work experience but with strong financial modeling and accounting foundations will also be considered.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Lithuanian.

Nice to Have

  • Power BI
  • Experience with EPC/contracting projects, WIP (work-in-progress), and revenue recognition principles.
  • Understanding of solar, BESS, and EV charging economics.

Compensation

Base: €3,000 – €4,000 gross monthly salary, Bonus: performance based
