System Engineer - Citrix

We are seeking a System Engineer specializing in Microsoft Windows and with an interest in Citrix technologies to join our dynamic Citrix team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Citrix environments, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

They will also provide comprehensive user support and application troubleshooting to enhance the user experience and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop on-premise solutions.

• Provide comprehensive user support and application troubleshooting to enhance the user experience and resolve issues efficiently.

• Manage Active Directory and Group Policies in relation to Citrix environments.

• Maintain and update Windows Server operating systems used in Citrix environments.

• Collaborate with customers and datacenter teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix solutions.

• Write technical documentation and facilitate knowledge handovers.

• Stay up to date with the latest Citrix technologies and obtains essential certifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in Windows Server and Client operating systems.

• Intermediate knowledge of network protocols, firewall, and network troubleshooting.

• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies management.

• Intermediate knowledge in files, file servers, and vFiler management.

• Intermediate knowledge in user support and applications troubleshooting.

• Working knowledge in Netscaler technologies is a plus.

• Working knowledge in hypervisors such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Citrix Hypervisor.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and obtain certifications.

• Organizational skills and analytical ability.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to produce technical documentation.

• Fluent in French and at least B2 level in English.
