Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our cutting-edge engineering team, driving innovation through automation and AI integration while leveraging Terraform and AWS CDK. You will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing a self-service engineering portal and scaling AI capabilities to improve productivity and efficiency across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI systems and applications integrated with engineering platforms
• Collaborate actively with architects and engineering teams to apply best practices
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows using reusable components
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform Enterprise and AWS CDK
• Develop and maintain containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift/EKS/ECS)
• Leverage prompt engineering tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Manage version control strategies and improve deployment processes using GitHub Actions
• Build and support scalable APIs and event streaming solutions for enterprise applications
• Ensure high availability and security of cloud and on-prem resources
• Work independently on partially defined scopes while adhering to architectural principles

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps with AWS
• Proficiency in Terraform Enterprise and/or AWS CDK
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and ReusableWorkflows
• Background in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift/EKS/ECS)
• Proficient skills in automation with modern AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
• Showcase of prompt engineering capabilities
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js for application support
• Understanding of Anthropic Claude and its application in engineering productivity
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP and AI Agents
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol
• Background in Python for developing AI-driven solutions
• Experience with AWS Bedrock
