EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international organization in expanding its Commercial Excellence team.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting new product innovation projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.
The organization is seeking a proactive and motivated professional with experience in project coordination, operational system management, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a more independent position, taking ownership of innovation projects that are critical to the company’s growth strategy.
We are looking for a Customer Innovation Project Coordinator with:
- Experience in project coordination, preferably within innovation or new product development environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with operational system management and training on internal tools
- Background or interest in supply chain, FMCG, or related fields is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Based in the Netherlands or willing to work hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in Amsterdam
