Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding program and ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
• Assist in preparing internal communication materials & events.
• Coordinate capability development programs, including scheduling sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking progress.
• Organize and manage events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality in People and Culture databases.
• Conduct research on trends in workplace culture, engagement, and analytics to support ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze data and generate reports for reward and recognition programs, providing actionable insights.
• Use Excel (required) and Power BI (preferred) to manage, visualize, and present data effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Availability to work 5 days a week during internship program (weekdays)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (required)
• Familiarity with Power BI and visualization tools like Canva (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a keen interest in workplace culture and employee engagement.
