Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Developer to join our growing team. You will design and implement AI systems that power real-time simulation, training, and decision-support applications. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects in areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models for simulation and training systems
• Work on real-time AI pipelines for decision-making, object detection, and behavior modeling
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and integrate them into simulation environments
• Collaborate with Unity3D developers to integrate AI modules into training platforms
• Contribute to AI-driven evaluation, feedback, and instructor support systems
• Research and prototype new AI technologies applicable to simulation and defense projects
• Ensure scalability and performance optimization of deployed AI systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Professional experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone), RAG pipelines
• Design and implement offline AI systems capable of running efficiently without cloud dependency, ensuring secure and reliable performance in simulation and defense applications.
• Preferably experience in simulation, defense, or training technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Good command of English for technical documentation and collaboration
