Your Seat To Fill
- Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and enhance customer experience.
- Design and set up attractive and functional in-store displays and window installations.
- Collaborate with store, marketing, and buying teams to ensure visual presentation supports promotional activities and product launches.
- Monitor and maintain store presentation standards including mannequins, lighting, signage, and props.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency of visual displays across locations and provide feedback and training to staff.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
- Maintain inventory and manage the procurement of visual display materials and tools.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitors’ visual merchandising techniques.
- Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or related field.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., fashion, luxury goods, consumer electronics
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
- Strong portfolio of past visual merchandising projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and retail layout optimization.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations and work during non-standard hours when required.
