Senior UX/UI Designer (225-1012)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting stellar user experiences and interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into delightful digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing our digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with our brand vision. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for clean and artful design, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user interfaces across multiple digital platforms ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Utilize user feedback and analytics to improve product usability and performance.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure all interactions are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for the user.
• Facilitate design discussions, workshops, and user testing sessions to validate design concepts.
• Coordinate with other designers to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with an impressive portfolio.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is desirable.
