We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Design and enhance user interfaces across multiple digital platforms ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Utilize user feedback and analytics to improve product usability and performance.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure all interactions are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for the user.
- Facilitate design discussions, workshops, and user testing sessions to validate design concepts.
- Coordinate with other designers to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with an impressive portfolio.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is desirable.
