We are seeking a passionate Associate Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence and Marketing Sciences team. The Associate Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through advanced analytics and insights generation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker with a passion for marketing to make a significant impact within our organization.
What You'll Do Here:
- Generate timely and accurate reports to communicate key findings, insights, and performance metrics to stakeholders using both primary and secondary research methods.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Conduct secondary research to support Strategy proposals with data-backed insights
- Develop customized dashboards and presentations using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with tech, product, and data engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development and execution of team initiatives aimed at improving processes, methodologies, and capabilities.
- Gather and consolidate data from diverse sources to ensure the team has all necessary information required for accurate analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular data validation and cleansing processes.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues by participating in training sessions, workshops, and internal forums.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Internship or co-op experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles. Marketing agency exposure preferred.
- Exposure to or training in DSPs, Paid Media, and social media platforms preferred.
- Exposure to or training in brand tracking and Brand Lift research preferred.
- Exposure to or training in Google Cloud Platforms and BI tools such as Looker and Looker Studio preferred.
- Exposure to or training in in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar scripting languages.
- Exposure to or training in with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
