We’re hiring engineers for Palantir Technologies (NYSE : PLTR) who want to own problems end-to-end, not just write code, but ship systems that move the needle in the real world.

You’ll join a small, sharp team tackling complex data and infrastructure challenges for industries that actually matter. You’ll be building tools that help governments, manufacturers, and critical institutions make faster, smarter decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack systems used in production.
• Work in compact, high-ownership teams where shipping matters more than polish.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders, from engineers to execs, to turn messy problems into elegant software.
• Solve real-world challenges using modern stacks (Python, TypeScript, Java, C++).

What we’re looking for:

• 1–4 years’ commercial software engineering experience.
• Solid fundamentals in computer science, data, or systems engineering.
• Startup DNA, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
• Evidence of impact: shipped something users actually rely on.
