Job Summary:
The Product Manager will support the Global Front of Stores Solution Delivery Team, responsible for managing Point of Sale (POS) and Payment solutions across Client IT. This position will drive the successful delivery of in-store technology capabilities that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The Product Manager will collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to align initiatives with company strategy and deliver measurable business value.
- Deliver Global Front-of-Stores capabilities within the POS and Payments ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team and Business Stakeholders to support strategic planning across value streams.
- Lead lean business case reviews with stakeholders to assess business value, feasibility, and prioritization.
- Deliver well-defined features and user stories for Agile scrum execution.
- Support Runway epic prioritization and facilitate communication across delivery teams.
- Participate in quarterly PI planning and contribute to roadmap presentations.
- Partner with Product Management Managers for requirement gathering and prioritization across the Payments value stream.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in IT delivery or product management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience coordinating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience developing business cases with clear ROI and risk assessment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term product vision.
- Prior experience in Agile Release Train (ART) environments.
- Retail industry experience, especially in POS, Payments, or Payment Integrations.
- Understanding of payment processing technologies.
- Experience using Power BI for business insights.
