Responsibilities: *Expected blend: ~50% product UI/UX, ~50% brand & social.

  • Design web & app screens: user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
  • Create prototypes to show interactions and states (desktop & mobile).
  • Produce brand & social content: LinkedIn carousels, static posts, short motion clips, and simple web graphics.
  • Build reusable components and help maintain a simple design system (tokens, components, patterns).
  • Lead brand system and maintain a simple brand kit/templates for repeatability
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering on specs, assets, and clean handoffs.
  • Keep things accessible & responsive: sensible typography, contrast, spacing, and breakpoints.
  • Iterate with feedback from teammates and basic user signals (support notes, quick tests, simple analytics).


Qualifications:

  • Interest in the Enterprise AI and Enterprise Software space
  • Portfolio showing both:
  1. Web & App UI/UX (flows, screens, and a prototype or two)
  2. Brand/Social work (LinkedIn carousels or comparable marketing visuals)
  • Resourceful and self-directed; anticipates needs and drives momentum.
  • Figma: auto-layout, components/variants, libraries, basic prototyping.
  • Prior startup/agency experience: Ideally in a B2B or software setting
  • Brand & social fundamentals: LinkedIn formats (carousel sizes, readability, export/compression).
  • Adobe CC: Illustrator & Photoshop for graphics; After Effects (or willingness to learn) for short motion/Lottie.
  • Design system fundamentals: naming, tokens, component hygiene.
  • Collaboration & handoff: organized files, export-ready assets; comfort discussing dev-friendly specs.
  • Good visual taste: layout, hierarchy, spacing, color, and type.
  • Basic motion design
  • Simple video editing
  • Bonus: Light familiarity with HTML/CSS/React/Tailwind concepts, Webflow, GA4/Hotjar/FullStory, or simple usability testing tools.
