Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience developing graphics focused features & systems in a real-time environment across various products
  • Experience in at least one low-level programming language (i.e. C++).
  • Experienced with Python, PyTorch and machine learning
  • Understanding of architecture for complex tools and pipelines with a focus on content creators.
  • Expertise with game/real-time profiling and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating technical topics to non technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with real-time rendering pipelines (deferred vs forward rendering, PBR, lighting, post-processing).
  • Proven experience of modern game engines (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary) and their rendering subsystems.
  • In depth knowledge of HLSL/GLSL shader authoring and debugging, including optimization for different platforms (console, PC, mobile, VR).
  • Experience with GPU performance profiling and optimization (PIX, RenderDoc, NSight, etc.).
  • Proven experience of graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, Metal, OpenGL).
  • Proven experience to bridge between artistic goals and engineering constraints—ensuring visual fidelity without compromising performance.

Experience with Gaussian Splat and AI rendering techniques


Compensation:

$55/hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
