We are seeking a bilingual IT Business Analyst who can effectively bridge communication between technical teams and Arabic-speaking business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the successful design and delivery of digital and IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Case Diagrams.
2. Process Mapping & Solution Design
- Analyze existing workflows, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend automation or digital transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with development teams to define user stories, data flows, and system integrations.
- Participate in solution design discussions ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
3. Communication & Documentation
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors—ensuring effective communication in both Arabic and English.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms for Arabic-speaking management.
- Prepare bilingual documentation, reports, and user manuals where required.
4. Project Support & Implementation
- Support project planning, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Data & System Analysis
- Work closely with database and system teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between applications.
- Assist in data migration, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Support KPI tracking and dashboard/reporting initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Master’s degree or certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience in requirements management, process analysis, and documentation.
- Exposure to government, telecom, or enterprise IT environments in the GCC preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Familiar with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or Power BI.
- Understanding of APIs, databases (SQL), and basic system architecture.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or web application projects is a plus.
Language Skills:
- Fluent Arabic (spoken & written) — essential for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) — required for technical communication.
