The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs ensuring all necessary documentation, access, and training are in place.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs; handle employee queries related to pay, leaves, insurance.
- Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, attendance, leaves, performance, etc.), in HRIS / digital systems.
- Support performance management process: performance reviews, feedback cycles, promotions, disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage offboarding: exit interviews, handovers, clearance of assets, termination paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with statutory / Labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor changes in laws and update company policies accordingly.
- Handle employee relations: address grievances, mediate conflicts, provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Generate various HR reports and metrics (turnover, headcount, leave balances, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Support HR projects / initiatives: training & development, employee engagement, wellness, culture building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 1-3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
