Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Facilitate Scrum Sessions: includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching Sessions: Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor timelines and due dates: Maintain, drive and safeguard project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Creating and maintaining reports that identify business needs and opportunities. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Communication: Create and provide regular updates to stakeholders, team and leader on use case progress, issues and team performance.
- Requirements gathering: Partner with various groups to develop and document business processes to include workflows and system requirements
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master with a strong understanding of Agile framework including SCRUM and Kanban; additional 2-4 years as a Business Analyst
Special Certification: Scrum Certification (Certified Scrum Master)
Technical Skills:
- Software Development: Experience in software development, especially in an HR environment.
- Security Administration: Understanding of a systems security model, including user roles, permissions, and data access.
- Integration building: Familiarity with creating requirements and managing Scrum teams that are technical in nature with a focus on bilateral integrations
- Data Management: Skills in data import/export processes and managing data integrity within the system of record.
- Project Management: Familiarity of various project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
- Basic HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR processes and best practices to effectively support the team.
- Business Visualization tools: A solid understanding tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, LeanIX and Signavio.
- User Support Skills: Effective communication skills to assist users and provide training as needed.
- Diligence: Sharp focus on detail to ensure data accuracy.
