Job Title: Project Manager – Social-First Agency (Contract)

Location: Hybrid – London (2-3 days on-site per week)

Contract Length: A couple of weeks (approx. 2–3 weeks)

Day Rate: Up to £350/day (IR35 TBC)

Overview:

A fast-paced, social-first creative agency is looking for a contract Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple campaigns and content projects over the next few weeks. You’ll be the glue between teams, ensuring work flows smoothly and deadlines are met.

This short-term contract is ideal for someone who’s confident jumping into live projects, managing stakeholders, and keeping things moving with minimal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of social content and campaigns from briefing through to execution.
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production) and external partners.
• Track timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
• Lead daily check-ins and status updates with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear documentation and workflow using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in a social-first or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of social media workflows and content production.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Available immediately for a short-term contract.

Desirable:

• Experience with influencer and integrated campaigns and short-form video.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Wrike.
• Previous contract experience with fast onboarding and delivery.
