Responsibilities

As a Visual Designer , we expect you to approach any challenge with a fresh attitude, providing unseen solutions and bringing innovative results. As a crucial part of a multidisciplinary and international team, you will constantly engage with different points of view, avoiding bias and developing exceptional storytelling skills to help visually represent complexity. You will work closely with your colleagues developing tech-related solutions and outstanding user experiences. You will mainly deal with User Interface Design, but you could approach branding and advertising projects too.

Required Skills

We are looking for a designer that:

Has 1-2 year of professional experience
Has a Degree in the Design or Visual Communication field
Produces complex User Interfaces with high aesthetic impact
Works on smoothness experience
Has a hands-on approach to the project
Does markets-related benchmarks
Is able to apply Brand Guidelines and Design Systems
Has knowledge of User Experience and User Centered Design principles
Has knowledge of Accessibility
Has knowledge of Figma and familiarity with other design tools
Has motion graphic skills (as a plus)
Has skills in advertising (as a plus)
Has a proficient knowledge of English and Italian
