You support our team as

Product Manager France (f/h/d)

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and optimize the product portfolio and product mix.
  • Collaborates in the creation of the annual marketing plan and supports in identifying the product strategy and its implementation.
  • Conducts market and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Responsible for the local launch of international NPD, determining local needs, testing, positioning, pricing, forecasting and technical support. Validate and adapt product launches (spec sheets, pricing, etc).
  • Conducts product/category analyses and actively proposes creative marketing initiatives to improve business goals.
  • Interface between e.g. international marketing, customer service, sales and logistics.
  • Train sales teams & manage go-to-market activities.
  • Analyze product performance, handle complaints, and optimize the portfolio.
  • Maintain direct client contact and organize promotional events (trade shows, visits).

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, ideally in the French market.
  • Strong Excel skills, excellent organization, fully autonomous.
  • Proactive mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales mindset.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management.
