We are seeking a CRM Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce and modern backend technologies. You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CRM integrations using Java or Python with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Design and implement real-time and event-driven integrations using APIs, webhooks, and message queues.
Deploy and manage CRM-related services on AWS or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
Write and optimize queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments.
Ensure CRM systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Document technical designs, workflows, and integration patterns in English.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in CRM engineering or backend development.
Proficiency in Java or Python, with experience in Salesforce integrations.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of real-time/event-driven integrations.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
