KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Full‑stack Software Engineer leads the end‑to‑end design and delivery of modern web products, with a strong focus on Single Page Applications (SPAs) built using Angular (preferred), React or Vue.js on the front‑end and robust C#/.NET services on the back‑end. The role sets engineering standards, guides architectural decisions, and mentors team members while driving continuous delivery practices to ensure scalable, secure and high‑quality solutions that satisfy our customers.

Principal duties and responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Lead the design, development and deployment of SPA front‑ends and .NET APIs/services
Shape system architecture for scalability, performance, security and long‑term maintainability
Own CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure automation
Champion cloud‑first solutions, leveraging AWS (preferred) or GCP/Azure
Optimise relational and analytical databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
Mentor and support junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering best practices and continuous learning
Collaborate with Product, UX and Data teams to align technology with business value
Drive quality through code reviews, automated testing, monitoring and observability
Proactively manage technical debt and lead refactoring or modernisation initiatives
Support incident response, root‑cause analysis and process improvements
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, shared ownership and innovation

Experience Requirements

Expert-level full-stack development with C#/.NET (Core & Framework); including designing and developing production systems
Strong background in building single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular (preferred), or React/Vue.js with TypeScript
Expertise in relational database design and query optimisation (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure acceptable)
Record of implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices
Hands on experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy
