We are leading manufacturer of advanced food processing machinery, is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

🔧 About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-tech projects tailored to global food processing clients. You’ll be the key link between engineering, production, and the customer.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects (design, build, and install food processing machines)
• Work closely with sales, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timelines and quality goals
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure all projects align with high standards

👨‍💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in technical, engineering roles, technical project management, preferably in industrial machinery or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, or process equipment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• We value flexibility, creative problem-solving, and a hands-on approach, giving our team the freedom to take initiative and make meaningful contributions.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus)
• Work in startup's experience is a plus
