Department Background
The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team is part of the Business Engineering organization. This group enables data-driven decision-making within the production environment by providing meaningful data insights that support performance improvement. The BI&A team develops analytical solutions that not only facilitate decision-making but also enhance the operational efficiency of the factory.
Introduction to the Role
One of the key business-critical applications developed by the team is the DRB Tool (Disturbance Review Board). This application is used by more than 700 users across the factory as part of the disturbance review process, which focuses on structurally reducing the number of operational disturbances—a core objective for the production organization.
The DRB Tool, built in C#, has evolved into an essential application over the years. It is business-managed, and in this role, you will support the BI&A team in maintaining and improving the current tool. Several upcoming enhancements, including security and architecture improvements, are expected to require a rebuild in Java/Angular.
Key areas of focus include:
- Implementing robust session management

- Automating access reviews and de-provisioning
- Enabling secure communication via a hosted architecture
- Implementing a proper CI/CD pipeline

Drive and passion are key in this position, but the following experience is considered essential:
- Proven experience in C# development
- Proven experience in Java back-end development
- Proven experience in Angular front-end development
