For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 1+ year of professional experience working as a Business Analyst;
• Experience with service tasks - support tool development testing, support documentation updates, conduct data audits and data cleanup;
• Experience designing testing scenarios and test cases to demonstrate conformance to functional and non-functional requirements;
• Experience conducting QA testing;
• Experience reporting system defects, facilitate defect resolution and perform regression testing;
• Experience supporting UAT testing when applicable;
• Experience working with SQL, PowerBI and tests;
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);
• Availability to work in a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Lisbon (Lagoas Park).
