We are looking for a AI Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence systems and machine learning models that solve real-world problems and enhance business processes. The primary focus of this role will be TOBi, Vodafone’s virtual assistant, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer experiences across all channels
What You’ll Do
- AI Development & Integration;
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions and ML models to optimize business processes;
- Support the continuous improvement of TOBi’s capabilities across multiple touchpoints;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of both open-source and proprietary AI models;
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization;
- Draft, refine, and test text prompts to ensure they yield the desired outcomes;
- Optimize prompts based on feedback from clients and performance data;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define the best approach for AI-driven solutions across channels;
- Align with product, UX, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI features;
- Quality & Performance Monitoring;
- Analyze results and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar;
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and conversational AI;
- Familiarity with prompt design and optimization techniques;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and international environments;
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Experience with chatbot platforms or virtual assistants;
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for AI development;
- Exposure to cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP);
- Excellent communication skills in English.
