We are currently growing our team and look for a Talented Digital Project Manager. The Digital Project Manager manages the project  throughout its whole lifecycle until its completion. He/she is also responsible for internal and external reporting of project status and progress , for implementing and executing processes, for managing risks, issues and changes during project and also for completing the project in the defined budget and profitability level.

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Full control of project planning, risk and scope management within the full project lifecycle, meeting time and cost contractual obligations
• Create and gather clear project requirements
• Obtain client acceptance for partial and complete deliverables
• Provide regular internal and external reporting of project status to different levels of stakeholders and lead follow up meetings
• Manage local and remote team members and external suppliers 
• Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member
• Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress
• Coordinate client and 3rd party team members towards the project success 
• Comply with company’s project management quality standards and processes and ensure that all team member adhere to them
• Identify and unlock further business opportunities 

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital project manager or similar relevant experience
• Experienced with full lifecycle of project management discipline, know-how of modern project methodologies (e.g. kanban, agile, etc.)
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience on Web development projects and/or software development projects
• Familiarity with Content Management systems, HTML/CSS and Java Script
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Relationship management 
• Communication and team management skills 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly committed with positive attitude
• Fluent in English and French, ability to communicate in with clarity and precision both written and verbal
• German is a plus
