Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Analytics and AI Solutions Intern, to support innovation strategy decision-making in the coffee category. This intern will contribute to the development of IT management solutions for public information collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.

A Day in the Life of a Data Analytics and AI Solutions Intern

• Implement LLM & RAG (retrieval augmented generation) based solutions to conduct data analysis and industry research
• Help develop and implement data collection and processing agents for technology scouting
• Support the creation of competitive intelligence best practices
• Help develop new solution(s) based on agreed scope
• Share results within the technology team regularly
• Create synergies through effective networking with relevant experts and stakeholders
• Interact closely with Technology team members.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Management of Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Analysis or Business Development
• Experience in industry analysis practices and tools
• Experience using R or Python for solving analytical problems; Machine Learning experience is an asset
• Understanding of the R&D function in the consumer goods industry is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
• Proactive and autonomous with a growth mindset
• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
