We’re looking for a Project Manager with Product Ownership experience who can own our development cycle end-to-end — planning sprints, translating user stories into technical tasks, and ensuring smooth, predictable delivery.

This role sits at the heart of our engineering team and reports directly to the founders.

• Plan and manage sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives across backend, AI, and frontend teams.
• Convert high-level user stories into clear, technical tasks for developers.
• Collaborate with founders to prioritize the product backlog and align it with business goals.
• Manage estimations, delivery timelines, and dependencies across teams.
• Track sprint performance (velocity, cycle time, commit-to-done ratio) and continuously improve.
• Maintain structured documentation and roadmap visibility in Jira (or similar).
• Support QA and release readiness to ensure smooth, bug-free deployments.
• Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities in the development flow.

• 3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner in a SaaS or tech startup.
• Strong grasp of Agile / Scrum practices and sprint management.
• Comfort working directly with technical teams (.NET, Python, Typescript & workflows).
• Ability to translate between business goals and technical details.
• Experience in estimation, prioritization, and delivery optimization.
• A startup mindset — flexible, fast, and execution-driven.
• Bonus: exposure to AI products, integrations, or workflow automation tools.
