About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our global crypto trading platform. This is a key opportunity to shape a high-performance trading experience during a period of rapid expansion and technological advancement in the digital assets market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the crypto product roadmap, setting clear priorities and delivery milestones.
• Enhance core user journeys including onboarding, trading, portfolio management, and wallet integrations.
• Drive the introduction of new features such as real-time analytics, alerts, and cross-chain capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, marketing, and design teams to deliver seamless product execution.
• Benchmark and integrate competitive functionalities to strengthen user engagement and retention.
• Establish product management frameworks and mentor team members in execution excellence.
• Balance speed, innovation, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing crypto, digital assets, or trading platform products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, exchanges, and liquidity models.
• Demonstrated success in delivering crypto trading products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, UX, and product specification skills.
• Ability to align technical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders.
• Awareness of global crypto regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience with trading APIs, custody systems, or decentralized finance integrations is a plus.
