Position Summary
Consumer Business – Consumer Usage and NETS App team is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Product Owner to join the NETS App team in Singapore. The NETS App is a leading digital payment solution with over 1 million downloads. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing its features, usability and overall customer experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams – including analysts, developers, designers, and business stakeholders – to define App roadmap, prioritise backlogs, and drive the delivery of high-impact features that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, define and prioritise product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a frictionless and intuitive payment experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to delivery high-quality features on time.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. App ratings, Transaction Volume, User retention) and iterate based on insights.
- Engage with stakeholders (product, marketing, compliance, customer support) to align product strategy.
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and Information Security policies.
- Ensure quality delivery of NETS App by Live Verification and Testing before delivery.
- Support Business administrative duties.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science of related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in fintech payments or mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related App product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s digital payment landscape is a plus.
