We’re looking for a hands-on digital creative who lives and breathes good design, loves optimizing websites that convert, and can bring brand stories to life through strong visuals and user experience.

About the Role

You’ll take the lead on designing and managing our websites across Shopify and WordPress, ensuring the visual identity and user flow align with our brand values and growth goals.

This is not a purely strategy role — we want someone who can execute, design, and build.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and update Shopify / WordPress pages (homepages, landing pages, product pages, etc.)
• Ensure strong UX/UI that drives conversion and communicates our brand story
• Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints — website, EDMs, banners, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative assets for launches and promotions
• Analyze web performance and suggest improvements (conversion rate, page load, engagement)
• Manage web content updates, plugins, and integrations when needed

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Shopify or WordPress design and management
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design or e-commerce projects
• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Canva / Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
• A keen eye for branding, layout, and design aesthetics
• Experience with D2C or consumer brand websites is a big plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO, CRO, or analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
• Experience in motion graphics, short-form content, or basic video editing
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, lifestyle, or design-led consumer brands
