  • Guide the team in accurate user story estimation, forecasting, and sprint planning.
  • Coach the team on Agile frameworks, IT standards, security, quality, and architectural best practices.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Promote team self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the team in cross-team coordination forums (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Leverage metrics (e.g., velocity, quality, cycle time) to drive data-informed improvements.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Rally.
  • Stay current with industry trends by participating in communities of practice, conferences, and learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Agile, Scrum, or project management certification preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).
  • Background in digital channels within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities—able to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
