Company Description

Nadan Trading LLC is an excellent grade construction company since 1992 and have completed around 300+ project all over the Sultanate. The main clients are Royal Oman Police, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health, Royal Office, Diwan of Royal Court and other private clients such as JCB, Caterpillar, Mercedez-Benz, Saud Bahwan, and many more.


Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a prestigious, brand-new hotel project located in a prime city location. This is an incredible opportunity to shape a landmark development and work with a leading player in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of the hotel construction project, including planning, design review, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and rigorously manage the project budget and timeline to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate effectively with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal executive teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and manage conflicts to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards of quality, safety regulations, and technical specifications, particularly those relevant to luxury hospitality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to hotel, resort, or large-scale commercial hospitality construction.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Deep understanding of the unique operational and design requirements of a modern hotel facility.
