witly is an early-stage venture redefining how digital platforms measure and reward attention.

Our goal is to build a more transparent and equitable social infrastructure — one that restores authenticity, accountability, and fairness to how online engagement is valued.

We’re now forming a small, world-class technical team to design and prototype our initial platform — technology that connects social behaviour, AI, and trust into a single economic system.

We’re looking for a full-stack AI engineer who can lead development of witly’s MVP — the foundation of a new kind of social-technology ecosystem.

You’ll design, prototype, and implement the platform’s core architecture, integrating AI and data-integrity layers that ensure real accountability in digital interactions.

This is a founder-level opportunity for someone who wants to work at the frontier of AI, social technology, and ethical design.

• Architect and build the initial MVP (backend + user interface).
• Develop data pipelines and APIs that enable ethical, transparent, and verifiable interactions between users and content.
• Prototype creator and brand tools that demonstrate the new engagement model.
• Collaborate directly with the founder on technical roadmap, product architecture, and funding milestones.
• Recruit and mentor engineers as the technical team scales.

You might currently be:

• A software engineer or data scientist working in AI, media, or social platforms.
• A PhD or postgraduate researcher in computer science, ML, or human-computer interaction.
• A developer passionate about building systems that improve online trust and fairness.

Preferred Stack (flexible):

Python / Node.js | React / Next.js | AWS or GCP | REST / GraphQL | ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.) | Blockchain familiarity a plus.
