What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and optimize FPGA based systems for high-speed, low-latency trading execution
  
  
• Collaborate with software engineers and quants to bring trading strategies directly into hardware
  
  
• Work hands-on with Ethernet, TCP/IP, and custom low-latency communication protocols
  
  

What You'll Need:

• A degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar
  
  
• Solid experience with RTL design, simulation, and synthesis
  
  
• Expertise in VHDL or Verilog/SystemVerilog
  
  
• Bonus: experience with Python, C, or TCL scripting
