Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the comprehensive project specifications, including features, technical architecture, and design requirements
- Develop and implement AI/ML-powered features for meal recognition and nutritional analysis from images and label scans
- Build core app functionalities: calorie and nutrient tracking, weight monitoring, goal setting, and hydration reminders
- Ensure a modern, minimalist, and user-friendly interface in line with provided design references
- Collaborate on technical feasibility assessments and provide detailed MVP estimates and launch timelines
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and privacy compliance
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly throughout the project
- Proven experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, particularly in image recognition and data analysis
- Proficiency with relevant frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Core ML, React Native, Flutter)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to deliver visually appealing, intuitive interfaces
- Experience integrating APIs and managing secure data storage
- Ability to assess project feasibility, estimate MVP scope, and suggest realistic timelines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Availability for remote collaboration and potential long-term engagement
