We are seeking an experienced IT UX/UI Designer to join our Enterprise Solutions Technology business area.
As an IT UX/UI Designer (APS 6), you will contribute to the delivery of products in a high performing, multi-disciplinary agile team dedicated to transforming digital experiences relied upon by millions of Australians. You’ll exhibit leadership skills by guiding design projects and teams to deliver measurable impacts and outcomes through active participation, mentoring and building team capability.
You will use your expertise in UX/UI to shape innovative, user-focused products and services that simplify complex processes, making them more intuitive and accessible. You’ll work with our business partners across the ATO to support and enhance the user experience for corporate channels including ATO online services, ATO app, and other microsites and websites. You’ll work collaboratively to deliver solutions that enhance the usability of digital user experiences, achieving meaningful outcomes. You’ll work on diverse, impactful projects that shape how Australians engage with the tax system.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra or Melbourne CBD.
